This Privacy Policy explains how Qualtrivm S.A. de C.V. ("Qualtrivm", "we", "our") processes personal data collected on the website qualtrivm.com. It is drafted under the framework of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) of Mexico and its Regulations.

2. Personal data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the name, email address and the content of the message you write. When you browse the site, we may also process technical data such as IP address, device type and general browsing information, always subject to your consent when required.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to respond to your message, keep a record of editorial correspondence, protect the security of the site, and, if you allow it via our cookie banner, measure the audience and personalise advertising through Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your explicit consent when you send us a message or accept optional cookies, on the fulfilment of legal obligations and on our legitimate interest in maintaining a safe and functional website.
5. Data sharing
